The only thing that YOU could change easily is your download location for that job (Context menu - Set Download location) and put it in a root directory (X: ) or in a directory with a single character name. uTorrent WebUI is a remote management application which can control your uTorrent client from anywhere. It can be useful for managing seeding and pausing and resuming large downloads when you're away.
This program is mainly aimed towards more advanced users who know what they're doing and can configure their uTorrent client to accept incoming connections from the uTorrent WebUI application. It may also involve having to setup advanced firewall rules in order to allow connections. Though there are guides available on the web which address this.
As you might expect, remote connections are not allowed by default and both the uTorrent instance and the WebUI client are required to have a username and password set. Once everything has been setup, you can access uTorrent by visiting your hostname from the web, available in the settings you configured.
All in all, uTorrent WebUI is a really cool idea that has been implemented and it certainly is a great way to be able to share back with the torrent community, even when you're away from the PC.
