Sudo Apt-get Install Docker-ce

Finally install Docker CE by running the command below in your terminal. Sudo yum install docker-ce. If you get dependency issues with Podman allow errasing. Sudo yum install docker-ce -allowerasing. Agree to install by hitting the y key in your keyboard. BetterCAP is containerized using Alpine Linux - a security-oriented, lightweight Linux distribution based on musl libc and busybox. The resulting Docker image is relatively small and easy to manage the dependencies. Since it is using a multi-stage build, a Docker version greater than 17.05 is required.

It has two releases each year, and an active user community. Bioconductor is also available as an AMI (Amazon Machine Image) and Docker images.
